Most visits are async: tell us what's going on, and a licensed U.S. provider reviews it — no waiting room, no appointment required. It's part of the Soluna ecosystem, alongside the Soluna Wellness App and Soluna Specialty Rx.

If a prescription is appropriate, it's sent straight to your local pharmacy — Family Rx isn't a compounding pharmacy, so nothing ships to you directly. You're only charged if a provider approves your visit.
Every visit is reviewed by a real, licensed U.S. provider — never an algorithm alone. Family Rx is LegitScript Certified.
A prescription is only issued when a provider determines it's appropriate for you — it's never guaranteed.
Telehealth is state-licensed, so a provider can only treat patients physically located in a state where they hold an active license. Today that's Florida, with more states coming as we expand.
