• No prescription is appropriate for your situation;
• Additional information, an in-person exam, or a different type of care is needed before they can proceed; or
• Your concern is outside the scope of what can be safely handled through telehealth, and they will refer you elsewhere.

A prescription is never guaranteed— it is issued only when, and only to the extent, a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate, entirely at that provider’s own discretion.

Providers who evaluate Family Rx visits are independently licensed healthcare professionals. Soluna Health LLC operates the technology platform that connects you with a provider — it does not practice medicine, does not employ providers to direct their clinical judgment, and does not itself make any diagnosis or treatment decision.

Family Rx is not for medical emergencies. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room — do not use Family Rx, and do not wait for a response through the site or app.

The provider reviewing your visit relies on the information you submit during intake. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information can affect their ability to safely evaluate your situation. You’re responsible for answering intake questions honestly and completely, and for telling us or your provider if something changes after you submit your visit.
