Family Rx is not for medical emergencies. If you or a family member are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or any other emergency — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not wait for a response through Family Rx.

Before a provider prescribes anything, tell them about all medications, supplements, and vitamins you currently take (the Soluna Wellness App can help you keep this list up to date), any known allergies, and any relevant medical conditions or prior reactions to medication. Incomplete information can lead to a medication interaction or reaction the provider couldn’t have anticipated.

Every visit is evaluated by a licensed provider at their sole clinical discretion. A provider may decline to prescribe, prescribe something different than what you expected, or recommend in-person or emergency care instead — if your situation isn't appropriate for telehealth or the requested medication.

If a provider does issue a prescription, it is sent to your local pharmacy — take it exactly as directed, and contact your pharmacist or provider (not a general Family Rx support inquiry) with clinical questions about dosing, side effects, or interactions with other medications you take.
